Obviously it’s the wine scene that attracts many visitors to the area, but it is also a foodies paradise. From fresh and abundant seafood, to fantastic venison, pork and veal. The cool Mediterranean climate inspires many of our dishes and also provides and abundance of fresh produce and ingredients.”
Brown adds “the Spring menu has been tied closely with the natural cycles of the region to ensure each dish is a culmination of the seasons best produce and the areas finest gastronomic delights. It represents a radical change from winter into the warmer months of the southwest. The dishes are lighter with more attention paid to crisp, clean, subtle and balanced flavours.
